New concept of homogenization and mixing of ingredients in used bed. This technology is following the evolution of the efficiency of double shaft mixers with blades which guarantees an intense and homogeneous mixture.
Mixing takes less time for virtually all solids compared to traditional mixers.
The injection of liquids to humidify or apply ingredients is carried out through specific injection nozzles within the central fluidization area of solids.
The specific design and position of the mixing paddles on the two axes in synchronized counter-flow, combined with a low filling level, creates a mass in fluid movement.
